Throughout his career, Dr. Fawzy has successfully worked on over 150 projects, encompassing exploration multi-well studies, integrated studies, and field development plans across more than 45 countries in the Middle East/North Africa, West Africa, East Africa, North Western Europe, Far East, and North and South America regions.

With a strong foundation in accounting and business administration, Abdulaziz has successfully led multiple enterprises across different industries. His leadership roles include serving as Chairman and CEO of silvermed for Medical Industries, Dar Al Maali Real Estate Development and Investment, and Factory Manager at Golden Dates in Saudi Arabia.
Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (with honors) from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University (2012) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting and business management from Brunel University, UK (2016). Born in 1976, is a businessman and a graduate of Zagazig University with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He currently serves as the Chairman of AKAM for Real Estate and Tourism Development and is the Founder and Chairman of Residence for Real Estate and Tourism Development. In addition, he is the Founder and Partner of Al-Ro’ya Company, which has developed multiple projects in collaboration with the Egyptian Armed Forces.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mansour has played a leading role in shaping Egypt’s modern real estate landscape. Under his leadership, AKAM has successfully developed several landmark projects in the New Administrative Capital, including ENAVA Mall, Scenario Compound, and Scene 7 Compound. Well-known for his leadership in seismic interpretation and exploration strategy, he has played key roles in building Egypt’s leading private oil companies and advancing significant discoveries in the Western Desert.
Before joining Terra Petroleum, he served as Chief Geophysicist at APEX International Energy. Earlier in his career, Yehia held senior roles with Enap Sipetrol International, Repsol Egypt, Edison International, and Conoco Egypt, where he played pivotal roles in concession evaluation, field development, and regional exploration projects spanning Egypt, Yemen, Oman, Sudan, South Sudan, and West Africa.
